I absolutely adore this place! Hellen, who does my nails, always does an impeccable job and is incredibly gentle. The interior of the salon is stunning, they offer a complimentary drink, and the prices are very reasonable. The shellac manicures always look fantastic and last for months. This is definitely my favorite nail salon in the area!

I requested an American manicure, but what I received was not what I asked for. When I informed the manager, she simply mentioned that they had asked if the color was okay. It was frustrating that they did not understand the concept of an American manicure. If there was a language barrier, they could have sought assistance to ensure clarity. This experience reaffirms why I tend to avoid nail salons like this. I will not be returning here.

Absolutely dreadful experience! I went in for a pedicure and had an overlay on my big toes. I requested it to be removed, but the technician proceeded to file my real nail down to a mere nub. When another employee came over and I explained the issue, she callously asked, "What do you want us to do?!" It was frustrating to be met with such indifference, especially since they were clearly in the wrong. Despite their mistake, they still had the audacity to charge me for the service. They claimed they didn't charge for overlay removal, but it would have been common courtesy to waive the entire fee considering the poor service I received. Another customer nearby even voiced her agreement that it was unfair to charge me. I attempted to give this place another chance, but I will never return. For better service and quality treatment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would not recommend them at all!
