!!! AVOID THIS NAIL SALON AT ALL COSTS!!! I visited for a gel manicure since I was nearby. The technician who worked on my nails was clearly hungover and kept rambling about her heavy drinking from the night before, admitting she was still intoxicated that morning. It seemed like she lacked the basic skills for manicures. There was no hand washing or massage; she simply trimmed my cuticles and applied a single coat of polish. Rushed for time, I paid and left. The following day, my nails started chipping badly. Upon contacting the owner for a refund, he initially agreed. However, when I arrived to collect, the unkind staff informed me he was absent and uncertain of his return time, despite me specifying my visit time. They also mentioned he had instructed them not to refund me. Clearly, he deceived me and wasted my time. My nails look extremely untidy now. Their customer service is appalling. Instead of deceiving customers and catering to your intoxicated staff, perhaps supervise to ensure they deliver the service they're paid for.

Participated as a model for a budding lash technician earning her certification at Bubbly Brows. It was evident that they provided her with thorough training. The team is exceedingly friendly and adept instructors! Their patience, expertise, and techniques are remarkable! They take the time to explain everything, ensure the client's comfort, and deliver an exceptional experience. Their studio is impeccably clean and tranquil. The team is authentic and attentive to their clients, ensuring they receive the utmost service! Overall, an incredible establishment.
