!!! AVOID THIS NAIL SALON AT ALL COSTS!!! I visited for a gel manicure since I was nearby. The technician who worked on my nails was clearly hungover and kept rambling about her heavy drinking from the night before, admitting she was still intoxicated that morning. It seemed like she lacked the basic skills for manicures. There was no hand washing or massage; she simply trimmed my cuticles and applied a single coat of polish. Rushed for time, I paid and left. The following day, my nails started chipping badly. Upon contacting the owner for a refund, he initially agreed. However, when I arrived to collect, the unkind staff informed me he was absent and uncertain of his return time, despite me specifying my visit time. They also mentioned he had instructed them not to refund me. Clearly, he deceived me and wasted my time. My nails look extremely untidy now. Their customer service is appalling.
