!!! AVOID THIS NAIL SALON AT ALL COSTS!!! I visited for a gel manicure since I was nearby. The technician who worked on my nails was clearly hungover and kept rambling about her heavy drinking from the night before, admitting she was still intoxicated that morning. It seemed like she lacked the basic skills for manicures. There was no hand washing or massage; she simply trimmed my cuticles and applied a single coat of polish. Rushed for time, I paid and left. The following day, my nails started chipping badly. Upon contacting the owner for a refund, he initially agreed. However, when I arrived to collect, the unkind staff informed me he was absent and uncertain of his return time, despite me specifying my visit time. They also mentioned he had instructed them not to refund me. Clearly, he deceived me and wasted my time. My nails look extremely untidy now. Their customer service is appalling. Instead of deceiving customers and catering to your intoxicated staff, perhaps supervise to ensure they deliver the service they're paid for.
Inexperienced technicians, dreadful results on shapes and designs. I requested a single hue and yet the technician managed to get it all over my skin, not worth a single cent.
My daughter and I went to have our nails and toes done. The shape, the hue, and the artwork were truly disappointing. The technician couldn't grasp the design my daughter wanted, so I suggested a solid hue instead. Unfortunately, she struggled to keep the color on the nail, so I opted to pay and seek assistance elsewhere. Surprisingly, she didn't charge for my daughter's nails either. I question their competence as my nails were poorly done by a young man.
