I was truly impressed by the exceptional service I received at the Newport Beach Campus. Jordan Morgan was my stylist, and she took the time to truly listen to my preferences. With the guidance of her Instructor, Alex, they devised a plan for a complex color correction. The results were beyond my expectations, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the process. Extremely professional and thorough. Our hairstylist, both Taylor and Riley, were incredibly attentive. Our service involved transitioning from dark brown to light brown hair. Throughout the entire process, the ladies colored, washed, and styled our hair. Under the supervision of Ms. S, the guidance provided was invaluable. Excellent work, ladies!
The lead Instructor, Kelsey, is incredibly kind and talented. She flawlessly matched my hair color and always makes me feel at ease. One of her Students, Morgan, gave me a fantastic haircut and blowout. I consistently leave that establishment beaming with joy :)
