We arrived just before closing time! Apologies!! The woman was incredibly kind and accommodated us all, delivering exceptional service! The cleanliness and organization of the salon were impeccable. We will definitely return!
This establishment excels in quick seating and convenient hours. I've frequented this place and always request Danny for his skill and reliability. He consistently delivers exceptional results and I've recommended many to this place because of him. However, my recent visit for nail repairs and a refill left me extremely disappointed. I accepted another technician due to time constraints and it being a simple refill. When asked if I wanted the same color, I agreed. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the nails were unevenly painted, but I overlooked it as neon yellow is a challenging color. Upon returning home, I realized the nails didn't glow in the dark like my previous set. Upon contacting the salon, I was informed it would cost $30 to rectify the error, even though my original services cost $40... It's unreasonable to pay almost double for a simple fix. Additionally, the uneven length of the middle finger and patchiness of the index finger were disappointing. This marks my second negative experience with a different technician.
