I have frequented this salon for almost two decades for manicures and pedicures. The services and the warm, family-friendly atmosphere are what keep me coming back. Recently, the proprietor obtained her license for microblading eyebrows. I wouldn't entrust anyone else with my brows except for Debbie (the owner). And once again, she exceeded my expectations. My eyebrows look stunning, and the entire experience was delightfully comfortable. I had been attempting to schedule an appointment with Nahiely for months, and finally secured one. However, on the day of the appointment or the day before, I requested a change in color. Despite her initial agreement to accommodate the change, she did not follow through. She proposed a service I did not desire, then informed me that she was not comfortable performing the requested services. Additionally, she cut my hair from waist-length to the middle of my back, contrary to our discussion about the desired length. Highly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
