I had been attempting to schedule an appointment with Nahiely for months, and finally secured one. However, on the day of the appointment or the day before, I requested a change in color. Despite her initial agreement to accommodate the change, she did not follow through. She proposed a service I did not desire, then informed me that she was not comfortable performing the requested services. Additionally, she cut my hair from waist-length to the middle of my back, contrary to our discussion about the desired length. Highly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
Please take heed! I visited your salon on the 14th of December at 1:00 pm. I possess evidence, including messages and images, from the lady who styled my hair. The phone number you provided matches the one linked to the messages and images! However, my concern is this: I spent 325 and also gave a tip to her. My sole request was for highlights. I pointed out a missed spot and she wanted to charge an additional 175 for more highlights, which I declined.
