My experience with Emily was fantastic today. Her salon is beautifully decorated, creating a serene ambiance. Emily's welcoming and calming demeanor made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped in. Dealing with thin hair, cutting it can be daunting, but she made it look fuller than it has in years! The products she used were excellent, and my hair looks amazing. I've been receiving compliments all day. This was my best salon experience, and I'll definitely return for my next haircut. The variety of skin and hair products at the salon was also exciting to explore. I highly recommend it.
My mother had a scheduled appointment, and upon arriving, she was directed upstairs to the Hispanic hair stylist because of her ethnicity. She returned downstairs realizing she had been in the right place initially. The racial profiling made her uncomfortable. Despite asking for a layered cut, she received a bob-like style. She won't return.
Em at Little Koyote Salon is exceptional! My hair has never looked healthier. The warm and inviting atmosphere she has created instantly put me at ease. I've visited Em at her new salon three times now, and each visit is eagerly anticipated. It's a relaxing experience, and I always leave feeling beautiful. As a curly-haired individual, I'm usually hesitant to trust others with my curls, but Em's expertise and care for curls immediately eliminated any concerns.
