I perused reviews of Bella Vita and Margaret on the Nextdoor Neighbor platform, all of which were positive. My appointment was last week. Margaret arrived early and allocated ample time for me. We engaged in a detailed discussion about my coloring requirements - as my gray hair was growing out, I sought various options/ideas. Margaret proposed an ash toner. She meticulously monitored the toner throughout, occasionally wiping to ensure the desired effect. I particularly liked the toner she applied beneath the gray (lower portion of hair). She also gave it a slight trim. Overall, Margaret was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, took the time to explain different options, paid attention to detail, and the outcome was pleasing.
