Enjoy Ulta but not a fan of the one in Minot. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, always coming off as annoyed and rude when asked any questions. Additionally, they consistently run out of birthday gifts, forcing me to order them online. Recently, I was blatantly ignored by their cashier Kaitlyn while waiting in line as she assisted others behind me. Unsure if she overlooked that I was holding an item to purchase, but she didn't even make eye contact or inquire if I was ready. Not the usual positive experience I associate with Ulta. Disappointing, especially since this is the sole location in Minot.
I was in search of a haircut and reached out to several salons, but none had any availability. Finally, when I contacted Ulta, a kind individual answered the phone and was able to accommodate me. Kathy managed to squeeze me into her schedule and truly saved the day. Grateful for the kindness of people residing in Minot.
Kathy is exceptional! She consistently delivers the haircut I desire or even better, coupled with a fantastic attitude and energy. After searching for a new hairstylist due to my previous one relocating, I stumbled upon Kathy :) ...since then, I've entrusted her with all my hair care needs and those of my family! A definite recommendation!
