The pedicure I received was truly exceptional! It far surpassed my previous experience at Nails 1st. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing me with all the attention I needed on a rainy day. This salon has truly won me over, and it will now be my go-to spot for pedicures. A heartfelt thank you to the team!
I visited the salon and received exceptional service. The technician was attentive and fulfilled my request for a unique nail design with precision. He was friendly, engaging in conversation, and displayed great patience throughout the process. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my nails. However, my friends who accompanied me did not share the same level of satisfaction. Their nail polish started chipping shortly after the appointment. One of them requested square-shaped nails but received varying shapes, some of which were not as squared as desired. Additionally, the nails were thicker than preferred, and despite attempts to communicate this, the technician did not make the necessary adjustments. This lack of attention to detail and customer service led them to decide not to return. They will be posting before and after pictures to showcase the issues they encountered. As for me, my nail color is already chipping, and the tips are beginning to show signs of wear after just a week. This has led me to reconsider returning as well, as I fear the longevity of my nails. More pictures will be added to document the progression of the nail quality since the initial appointment.
The salon is now under new ownership, led by the wonderful Andy and his wife. Their service is unparalleled, and I have finally found a salon in Minot that I can trust. After numerous negative experiences elsewhere, I am delighted to have discovered this gem.
