I had a tough time with Alex. I asked for a deep tissue rub, but got a gentle one, wasting time and shortening my session by 10 minutes. I won't be back, as there are many better choices available.
Alex is caring, kind, and attentive. She often knows what's needed but also checks in. My shoulder muscles feel much better.
The rub itself was great. I requested medium pressure and never felt it was too much. However, it seemed like there was only one staff member, as my masseur had to step out 3 times to assist other clients. Also, my 30-minute rub cost $63, which felt a bit high to me.
