The worst haircut my child has ever received! He had beautiful long locks (measured by the barber at 8 inches) and only wanted 1.5 inches trimmed to freshen it up. Why did the barber cut off 4 inches??? The haircut took an hour and a half.. We practically watched an entire NFL game while he sat in the chair. As he began cutting, it was evident he wasn't very confident with the scissors. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe he was just slow and meticulous. However, everything ended up uneven and messy. He even had to call another barber over to check his work. He then spent another 10 minutes "fixing" some of his mistakes. My child walked out of the salon immediately with his hood up. The barber apologized, but that didn't change anything. If he wasn't comfortable with the scissors or my child's hair type, he should have communicated that. I would have preferred honesty. I considered refusing to pay, but at that point, I just wanted to leave. We ended up going somewhere else to correct the disaster. Please avoid this place!
Never returning there again, having to listen to a non-medical professional without a degree discuss crucial healthcare matters was appalling and disrespectful. Additionally, my children's haircuts were atrocious. I could have done a better job at home.
I was shocked by how terrible my child's haircut turned out. Asked for a fade and a trim on top! There was a noticeable - not intentional - line around the back and the top was a mess! Had to pay extra to have it fixed elsewhere and ended up cutting it much shorter to correct it.
