I adore K Sterling! I have been frequenting this particular establishment for a couple of years now and they are dependable, consistent, and budget-friendly. I've indulged in facials, massages, spa day packages, etc. and all the services have been exceptional. However, previously I have paid extra for deep tissue and the pressure didn't always meet my expectations for the added cost.

My first time at this nail salon was a pleasant surprise! Vivian excelled at my ombré French manicure. She was patient, kind, and attentive. Her ombré technique is flawless. My mother and I came in as a walk-in to get our nails done. We’ve had a very long day and were pleasantly greeted and attended to. We were here the same time as Taylor from a previous review and she was very rude and disrespectful. The ladies here are wonderful and amazing, offered me wine, and I was able to relax after a very long day. Definitely recommend!!! I am utterly let down by this nail salon and have no intention of returning. I will not be suggesting them to anyone either. A friend suggested that I take my daughter for her 11th birthday on 1/31 as a surprise to have dip. The staff were pleasant upon our arrival, but the nail technician who attended to my daughter seemed rushed. She wanted hearts on her nails, which I assumed would be painted, but to my surprise, they used stickers. This would have been acceptable if the stickers were not raised and prone to peeling or shifting. The top coat quickly lost its shine on several nails. Paying $65 for this service is preposterous. My friend, who recommended us, contacted them to express her dissatisfaction. They offered to rectify the issue and told her to bring my daughter in. However, when my friend took her in, they fixed the nails but still charged her the full price of $60!!! I’ve visited a few places for lashes and Adore Lash Live has won me over! The individuals there have become my personal counselor during my lash sessions. Alex is the finest I've encountered. She's attentive and shows genuine concern while enhancing your beauty. Riley is incredibly awesome. If Alex isn’t free, I have faith in Riley as well. I'm quite selective about who handles my eyes and I highly suggest this establishment.
