My mother was upset with a gentleman at this location for refusing to assist with a battery installation. However, a female employee intervened and successfully completed the task. I typically do my hunting in Louisiana and recently decided to purchase my own rifle. However, when I sought assistance from my cousin in selecting one, we faced a setback at a store due to my Texas residency. While I was aware of restrictions on handgun purchases, I was surprised by the refusal to help with other firearms. We eventually found another Walmart that accommodated our needs. Clear communication about store policies would have been appreciated.
