I typically do my hunting in Louisiana and recently decided to purchase my own rifle. However, when I sought assistance from my cousin in selecting one, we faced a setback at a store due to my Texas residency. While I was aware of restrictions on handgun purchases, I was surprised by the refusal to help with other firearms. We eventually found another Walmart that accommodated our needs. Clear communication about store policies would have been appreciated.

My mother was upset with a gentleman at this location for refusing to assist with a battery installation. However, a female employee intervened and successfully completed the task.
