Arguably one of the top chiropractors I've visited.. Largely due to the excellent customer care, exceptional doctors, and the welcoming atmosphere & vibe. While coordinating with my insurance (phone calls and such) to secure an earlier appointment.
Initially, I enjoyed my visits here. However, one day I entered and a Chiropractor decided it was appropriate to discuss my insurance situation in the waiting area in front of other clients. Found it very unprofessional and a violation of HIPPA! Then a few weeks later, after my session, I approached the front desk to schedule another appointment and a man was at the computer. He glanced at me and when I asked if I could book an appointment, he simply replied... I don't handle that and walked away. Wasn't pleased with the rudeness. I left and called later to schedule. About a week after that, I had a massage and decided to book another one. They scheduled me for the next week with someone. A few days passed and during my adjustment appointment, while waiting in the lobby... the same man who was rude to me earlier, went up to the lady in front of me and said, oh! By the way, do not schedule any more massages for new clients with so and so because he only wants to book with people he knows. So, I canceled and have not returned since!!! I strive to be kind and considerate to others and that is not how I was treated here on more than one occasion!
I cannot recall the last visit, been free of pain for quite a while now thanks to Sim's guidance and support. If discomfort returns, I know where to return!
