**Today marked my debut at East Town Spa, and it exceeded my expectations! The establishment exuded a unique charm, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. Alexandra showcased exceptional skill in administering my initial eyelash lift and eyebrow lamination! She adeptly elucidated the procedures for each service and the post-care regimen, creating a delightful and serene experience for me. I am thrilled with my new look and eagerly anticipate my next visit!**
**A stylist I had been collaborating with to maintain a specific hue made a grave error (darkening it by 4 shades) despite knowing I had a touch-up scheduled before a wedding. Upon realizing the drastic difference in color under direct sunlight versus in the salon, I lodged a complaint, stating that this was not the shade I had requested. I had originally sought to uphold an orange/red hue, only to depart with a black cherry tone. I sought a reimbursement from the salon due to the mismatch and the stylist's attempt to shift blame onto me by deceiving the owner. Despite my reminder of the required color maintenance during my salon visits, the stylist conveniently "forgot" instructing me to follow the same process (color and toner) and placed the blame on the stylist. While they offered to rectify the situation, I declined due to the dishonesty of the employee and the owner's selective memory regarding our prior discussions. I provided the salon the opportunity to refund me and amicably part ways, which they declined, leading me to involve my credit card company in a dispute.**
**Upon inquiring about walk-in appointments, I was promptly accommodated within an hour, which was fantastic. The setting is truly remarkable—unlike any other salon, nestled within a vintage abode. It boasts a modern yet cozy ambiance, exuding aesthetic appeal. Cassie expertly guided me through achieving my desired look (a heavily layered wolf cut), and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. I will unquestionably return in the future and am keen on exploring other services as well. Simply amazing!**
