This is the top-rated Dominican hair salon in MA! I recently relocated here and thought I wouldn't find anyone better than my Dominican stylist in NYC. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff here is friendly, and they always leave my hair feeling smooth and sleek. The prices are also very reasonable. This salon has become my new favorite spot for hair care.
As a woman who has had bad experiences at hair salons in the past, I was hesitant to trust another salon. After a terrible incident where 10 inches of my hair were mistakenly chopped off, I was very cautious. However, this summer, I took a chance at D'Cari, and they worked wonders on my hair. They helped restore its health and beauty, and now it's growing back beautifully. I am grateful to the talented team at D'Cari for their excellent work and care.💜💜💜💜💜💪💪
I had an appointment scheduled for 4/23 at 11:30 due to COVID precautions. When I arrived, there were 10 people inside, which was not COVID-friendly. Unfortunately, no one, not even the stylists or assistants, acknowledged my presence. I stood there for 8 minutes without a single greeting or acknowledgment. Despite their sign instructing clients to stop for new pandemic procedures, no one assisted me. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this salon. Customer service is crucial to me, and this experience fell short of my expectations.
