The artists Kit and Ash were exceedingly friendly and provided great assistance to ensure the tattoo session went smoothly. Engaged in pleasant conversations with them and the individual Alex managing the front desk. Dana is the only curly hairdresser in Chicago that I revisited after the first time, and haven't regretted it since! She is skilled, incredibly intuitive of how my hair behaves (in different sections of my head), and listens and works exactly on what I (very vaguely) described I wanted.
