I had a fantastic experience with Yvonne, who gave me a lovely haircut and was incredibly friendly. This was my first visit, and I will definitely return. They also offer men's haircuts!
My visit was disappointing. The stylist neglected my hair after coloring it, leaving me waiting for an extended period. Without naming names, the person who attended to me was preoccupied with her own hair, even washing it before tending to me. She used the same gloves for herself and me, prompting me to request a change. It was a letdown and a waste of time.
I took a bold step with a new hair color and felt anxious about the outcome. However, thanks to my hairstylist Kim, my hair not only looks stunning but also brings me joy. I absolutely adore my new hair. Many thanks to Kim for her exceptional work.
