The specialist I had was absolutely fantastic! I've been a regular at this establishment for quite some time now, and the service just keeps improving. The procedure was painless, swift yet thorough. I adore it! The ladies at the front desk were also wonderful - very welcoming and friendly.
My initial visit for a brow wax here was delightful, and I will definitely be back. The reception staff greeted me warmly. My specialist, Azarite, was exceptionally sweet and professional. She offered me some helpful tips to help me get my eyebrows back in shape, which I truly appreciate.
I've been a dedicated patron of EWC for many years - around a decade, I believe. Each branch varies since they are franchised and operated independently. However, this specific branch in Milpitas needs to address their phone answering system. There have been numerous occasions where my calls went unanswered... it even reached a point where I had to contact a different branch just to reach someone. Additionally, the front desk staff should receive more training on not rescheduling a client's appointment when they request a specific waxer. My appointment was rescheduled not once, but twice without my knowledge or consent within a single day!
