They were pleasant and efficient. The salon is tidy. The prices are quite fair. However, I encountered the same issue I've faced in hair salons all across the United States, which is persuading them to cut my hair the way I desire. I suppose my South Asian curly hair behaves differently than others'. I consistently have to advocate for shorter bangs and more elevated layers.
