Terrible experience with eyebrow services here. They rush through the job in under 30 seconds. When asked for touch-ups, they insist there's no need. The staff is impolite and unhelpful, making the visit not worth it. I would rate them 0 stars for their disrespectful behavior, singing, and even video calls during the service. The owner should consider replacing these unfriendly staff members, or risk losing business. After getting your eyebrows done here, you'll likely have to clean up at home. Shoutout to the rude lady at the third station.
I've been to this salon multiple times and have always received top-notch service. I always opt for eyebrow threading, and they consistently do an excellent job. Archana is my go-to, but she's usually busy due to her popularity. During the pandemic, they take necessary precautions like temperature checks and maintaining social distancing in the waiting area. I highly recommend their threading services as I haven't tried anything else.
Archana at Roma Salon is truly exceptional! Each time I visit her, my eyebrows come out flawless. Her precision and expertise are unparalleled. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. If you're looking for perfection, Archana is the one to go to!
