**Such an excellent job! The lavender ones lasted 3 weeks and you could hardly tell it was that long because of how close to the skin she gets! I won’t go anywhere else now.**
**I wanted to adore this place, I truly did. I gave Glamour U nails numerous tries with different manicurists before finally posting my honest review. Firstly, I felt uneasy to post a review because I have seen how the owner responded to other people. I do not always believe the 'customer is always right' motto, but there needs to be some level of professionalism that is simply not there. The nails are a hit or miss here-- sometimes they turn out great and sometimes not-so-great. The worst part is that as a client, I feel like you can't make a critique because the owner will make you feel like it was your problem that your nails came out incorrectly. One time I asked for a nice purple color which she was out of and I didn't necessarily like the next few options so I declined purple altogether.. she then responds in a huff "well I don't know what you want." I ended up having to apologize each time I ask for something specific or even to change the nail shape while we are in the middle of a manicure. I finally got my nails done 2 weeks ago for the last time and they chipped just a few hours later. I was too uneasy to even come back and say something. Instead, I went to a new place and paid for a whole new set. I think everyone has a different experience here. Personally for me I want it to be a pleasant experience and it just has not been that way at all.**
