I have been a loyal patron of this establishment for many years. Today, I experienced my first massage with Wendy, and it was truly exceptional. Wendy's technique was impeccable, and she provided clear explanations throughout the session, consistently checking in on comfort levels. I am eagerly anticipating my next appointment with Wendy.
I have frequented this nail salon numerous times. Initially, I had a preferred technician, but it seems she is no longer there. I'm displeased that in my recent visits, there has been a push for excessive upselling and insistence on cash payments. During my last visit, I was assigned a technician who was then reassigned without informing me. The new technician seemed unaware of my requested spa manicure and pedicure, suggesting a regular manicure instead. While receiving the regular manicure, I noticed the front desk, possibly the manager, giving instructions that seemed to unsettle the technician. Despite being content with the regular manicure, I was charged for a spa manicure with an added tip. I suspect there may be exploitation of employees at this establishment, and though I chose not to confront the situation, I will not return.
