I had a hair and makeup appointment booked well in advance, only to receive a last-minute cancellation due to a supposed medical emergency. The timing of the cancellation, just days before the scheduled appointment, raises doubts about its authenticity. When I inquired about alternative options or referrals for another stylist, I was met with unhelpful responses. The lack of contingency plans or suggestions for alternative arrangements was disappointing.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my hair experience at this salon. I requested to have my hair dyed white blonde, but the outcome was disastrous. My hair suffered significant damage, and I lost a considerable amount of it during the process. The lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable. If a stylist is unable to deliver a requested service, honesty is key. I regret trusting them with my hair and urge others to be cautious, especially if seeking blonde services.
