I adore the new, larger store; however, I've observed that there's usually just one cashier with a long queue while other employees are on the floor. Today, there were 8 customers waiting in line. I raised this issue with the manager, who was conducting inventory instead of assisting the cashier, and was informed by the manager that this is company policy. It seems impractical to keep customers waiting in line. I'd prefer a speedy checkout over a greeting and a basket handed to me at the entrance.

Great spot to browse for lotions and candles. Situated in the Milledgeville Mall, Milledgeville, Georgia, this store is at the northwest corner of the US441 and Roberson road junction. Since it's in a mall, parking is not an issue. Bath and Body Works is positioned almost at the mall's center. This chain was established in 1990 in Albany, Ohio, and this outlet is one of their 1900 stores. They offer a range of lotions, sprays, bath soaps, and candles. While their prices may be on the higher side, being on their mailing list brings benefits like coupons for discounts such as buy-one-get-one-free, free gifts, or 20% off. Upon entering other stores, we've been warmly welcomed and offered assistance. The same happened here. They greeted us upon entry and asked if we needed help. Baskets are conveniently placed near the entrance, so I suggest grabbing one as you'll likely need it. Testers are available for trying out different scents before purchasing. The store was tidy, and the displays were well-crafted, from the design to the color schemes. The checkout counter was located at the very back of the store. Overall, it was a delightful visit, and I recommend it to anyone in search of delightful scents in various forms.

They have a decent selection. I found the lack of foaming hand soaps disappointing. I'm accustomed to a better variety, and this store only has a small section for them. The employees, however, are extremely friendly and helpful.
