I must say, I visited this place and inquired about a specific brand, and the woman working there was incredibly rude and behaved disgustingly towards my friends and me. She even went as far as calling security, insinuating that asking about affordable makeup is a crime. Additionally, Sephora is undeniably a capitalist corporation that exploits and underpays its workers. It's no surprise that the woman was hostile towards me! She probably receives a commission for every low-quality and overpriced product she sells! Down with the wealthy!!!!
Dreadful customer service. The only employee I found likable was Alex. Alex was kind and always ready to assist me. On the contrary, Jordan was rude and harsh. It strikes me as ironic that the customer service team is led by the least helpful individual I've encountered. This person showed no empathy towards a woman who had her belongings stolen and was quick to waste her time. Jordan < Alex
This was a very pleasant area and very helpful, well stocked as well. The only thing I would mention is they should ease up on pressuring customers to make their selections quickly. While I was checking out, the staff displayed a bit of impatience, but I understand it can be stressful and busy working there.
