Today marked my third visit to this nail salon. The initial experience was superb (pedicure). The subsequent visit, however, left much to be desired, possibly due to the late hour (pedicure). Regrettably, after today's visit, I have decided not to return (full set). The customer service fell short of expectations. Despite being assured that my requested design could be done, it did not meet my standards after a few nails, prompting me to request its removal. While I might have overlooked this, upon stepping outside into the sunlight, I noticed that the final result was not up to par, and I even had a cut. The nails appeared satisfactory indoors, but upon applying oil and examining them under natural light, I observed subpar cuticle work and a cut along the cuticle line of my left middle finger. The nails also seemed thick, though this perception could be attributed to my lack of a full set in over a year. With hands that are not delicate, I did not anticipate a miracle, but the end result could and should have been much cleaner.
