I arrived spontaneously, seeking nail services without an appointment. Opted for the "dip" nails. Immediate service and excellent craftsmanship. While satisfied with the outcome, unlikely to return. The salon could enhance the overall experience to retain customers. Compared to other salons, lacking ambiance. Music, beverage offerings, and comforts like cushioned wrist rests were absent. The decor felt dull, with low-hanging chandeliers and outdated TV entertainment. Staff seemed detached. Despite the satisfactory nail work, the atmosphere was underwhelming. Simple improvements could boost customer satisfaction.
