The medical professionals are all very skilled and thorough. The medical facility is spotless and the equipment appears to be brand new. While all the medical professionals have been excellent, Taylor has been the standout professional so far. Her meticulous attention to detail and her responses to my inquiries and worries were exceptional. I have specifically requested her for all my future treatments.
Encountered Seraph at the Willow Creek location today for complete leg (#7) and bikini (#1) laser hair removal. Seraph was highly informative and chatty, which made the treatment feel like it flew by. She consistently checked in to ensure my comfort level during the process. After each section, she generously applied Aloe Vera to allow it to soak in before wiping off the residual white marks at the end of the session. I am absolutely delighted with Seraph's treatment today and eagerly anticipate my next visit in 8 weeks!
