Deanna B. I am utterly let down by this establishment. Let's begin with the tools. They were retrieved from an unsealed drawer, not sanitized for each patron. After I voiced my concerns, the technician grabbed a bottle of alcohol and haphazardly disinfected the nail clipper and cuticle pusher. The attendant was pleasant, but I paid for a shellac manicure and my nails are now riddled with bubbles and streaks. When I went to pay with my card, the owner tried to tack on a 3% fee for card usage. When I pointed out that this fee wasn't disclosed, he reluctantly waived it off. I have no intention of returning; the place is unsanitary and lacks professionalism.

My first visit here. Opted for this salon as everywhere else was fully booked due to Mother's Day. Our group had three basic pedicures. The price listed for pedicures was $27. I requested an acrylic set and asked for a specific matte finish design using their mannequin hand model. However, the technician applied gel nails instead of acrylic, resulting in a glossy finish that clashed with the design. Parts of the design even peeled off within two hours of leaving. I was charged $70 for this botched job. The gel application was messy with smudges and mismatched colors. Despite the inconvenience, I still left a generous tip for accommodating us. However, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place unless you don't mind subpar nail work. As for the pedicures, my children's toes were not fully painted; one of my daughter's toenails was left half-painted. It's a pity because I would have been a loyal customer who tips well, but I won't be back. Save your money and visit a salon with a better reputation in the area.
