Had my nails done for a wedding this weekend. Unfortunately, the pedicure was quite disappointing. I had to call the young man back, but he barely did any additional cuticle trimming and only lightly addressed the calluses. I selected the $80 pedicure, which included a fantastic massage, but there was no effort to clean up visible skin on the toes. As for the fingernails, I opted for Solar French. However, they are translucent and riddled with bubbles on every nail. It appears as if they were done weeks ago. The technician mentioned that having the white too low would look unattractive, but I strongly disagree. When I raised my concerns to both the woman and the man, all I received were uninformed excuses. Even when speaking to the manager, the technician kept interrupting me and treated me poorly.
