Had my nails done for a wedding this weekend. Unfortunately, the pedicure was quite disappointing. I had to call the young man back, but he barely did any additional cuticle trimming and only lightly addressed the calluses. I selected the $80 pedicure, which included a fantastic massage, but there was no effort to clean up visible skin on the toes. As for the fingernails, I opted for Solar French. However, they are translucent and riddled with bubbles on every nail. It appears as if they were done weeks ago. The technician mentioned that having the white too low would look unattractive, but I strongly disagree. When I raised my concerns to both the woman and the man, all I received were uninformed excuses. Even when speaking to the manager, the technician kept interrupting me and treated me poorly.
Recently relocated to the region. Previously frequented a salon in our old neighborhood, but the distance now makes it inconvenient. After much exploration, I have finally found my new nail sanctuary. Carol did an EXCEPTIONAL job on my nails and also took care of my daughter's nails! We discovered that we both have children of similar ages, and she was a joy to converse with. Despite it being our first visit, she made us feel like valued, long-time clients. It's been 2 weeks, and my nails still look freshly done! Looking forward to returning for a new set soon!
Katie meticulously attended to my nails. This manicure is the most precise and cleanest I’ve ever had! It looks so beautiful and feels incredibly comfortable. I will definitely return and recommend to my friends. The atmosphere is very serene as well. 🫶
