I’m new to the country, and needed my hair done badly. I looked online for some American establishments that had good reviews. I made an appointment with Sasha on Tuesday for Friday at 1pm. I arrived at 12:57pm and Sasha was no where to be found. A customer in the parking lot immediately told me she wasn’t there, but I went inside anyway to have another beautician tell me that I “might wanna call her to let her know I’m here”. That was my sign to leave. The small establishment has barber chairs, salon chairs, pedicure soak chairs & chairs turned upside down… it’s a trifling mess!!
Shame on the owner Sasha for being at home when I was outside at your shop waiting. I had to call and find out because apparently caller id does not work and I traveled 26 miles for nothing. Did I mentioned I took my braids out and informed her I had something to do tomorrow. I sit in the parking lot and called every salon near me that google recommended which took over an hour. Shame on you Sasha and no I did not want gas money but my hair done especially after I called yesterday and you assured me u would be there. Zero stars and black women like u make it hard for others. Do better and I will never recommend anyone there well u would probably cancel and make up excuses and lies. Check other reviews this is what u do and it is sad.
I adore this nation. I visited and got braids done. The braider was truly skilled and fast. Exceptional customer care and very courteous. Swift to reply when I asked about booking and appointments. Departing content and feeling stunning. I will return for more treatments.
