Cara is a monarch! She has been styling my hair for over 6 years and I never fret when I settle in her chair. She always tends to my hair, as well as my children's and my spouse's, with great care! She is highly skilled, kind, and knowledgeable! Additionally, the entire team is consistently cheerful and welcoming! I thoroughly relish my visits to Trilogy in every aspect!
With my very dark brown hair, I was extremely anxious about lightening it (I opted for balayage). I was attended by Lydia, who did an exceptional job! Throughout the entire process, she kept me informed about her techniques and reasons behind them. I felt at ease and confident that she had everything in control... and she certainly did! I shared some ideas with her but mostly allowed her to unleash her creativity with what she deemed best. I ended up loving the result more than I anticipated! I highly recommend Trilogy Salon and Lydia! I will definitely return!
