During my first salon visit, a skilled individual did a fantastic job on my nails. The shellac polish remained intact for over a month without any issues. Impressed by the longevity, I opted for another session before my overseas trip. Unfortunately, a different individual applied the polish, and it appeared thin. Within four days of my trip, the polish had already cracked and chipped. I have decided not to revisit the salon, as paying $45 for such short-lived results is unacceptable.
My initial visit was disappointing as my nails started coming off quickly. However, Mai provided exceptional service when I returned for a fix. She repaired them without any additional charge. For my refill, I specifically requested Mai again, and she delivered outstanding results once more.
Today's nail set did not meet my expectations at all. Despite showing a reference picture, the shape and color of the nails were completely off. The lengthy duration of the service was unreasonable, and I left with nails that did not appeal to me.
