In response to the previous review, I choose not to fabricate feedback or be needlessly rude. I entered this salon spontaneously as it was open, without checking the website beforehand. My intention was to have strip lashes applied. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the staff, but I found the prices to be unreasonable. Paying 20.00 for strip lashes seemed excessive to me. It was a first for me to witness a manager stationed at the front, overseeing payments and adding an extra 5.00 for herself based on what each stylist charged. I cannot recommend this salon. The manager's response in the previous review reflects an unprofessional demeanor.
I visited Miracles hair salon on August 23, 2024. The customer service was excellent, but the prices were quite high. I came in to have lashes applied, bringing my own lashes as usual. Typically, I pay 12.00 at a lash beauty bar. However, I was informed it would be 15.00, which was acceptable, just 3.00 more than my usual cost. Instead of paying the service provider, all payments were directed to the owner who sat at the register in front of the shop. Unfortunately, the lashes were not applied properly and fell off the next day. Normally, my lashes last a week, but this time was different since it's not their specialty. Therefore, I cannot recommend their lash services. Additionally, during checkout, the owner added a 5.00 convenience fee, making the total charge 20.00 for strip lashes. While I aim to support black-owned businesses, the overcharging here was disappointing. The owner imposes a 5.00 convenience fee on every customer and closely monitors the transactions. I would advise against visiting this establishment.

Her communication skills are top-notch; just let her know your preferences, and she will deliver. After each visit to Miracles Salon, I receive numerous compliments and inquiries about who styled my hair.
