Today I had an exceptional deep tissue massage session. The therapist maintained consistent and effective pressure throughout, completely relieving the tension in my lower back. Even though I am a regular at this establishment, I felt compelled to leave a review praising the outstanding job done. Grateful for the experience!
The full body massage was truly wonderful. However, as I glanced out the window after payment to check for my spouse's arrival, I was immediately asked for a tip with just one step taken. I couldn't search my wallet as I was watching for my ride. When I tried to offer a tip, the therapist reacted negatively, implying it was insufficient. A $10 tip on a $60 massage should be more than adequate, especially since tips are voluntary. The receptionist then pointed to the suggested tip amount of $15 for a full body massage. It's unreasonable to react this way over a $5 difference that should not be expected in the first place. I will not be returning.
