The nails appear satisfactory, but sincerely, I should have departed the moment the individual sat down, soaked in sweat dripping on me, wearing the dirtiest jacket and having filthy nails, with two-inch-long crud underneath. Additionally, he was feeding a baby bird. Nothing is sanitized, from the tables to the tools, everything is encrusted with dirt. I cannot fathom how one would tolerate such poor hygiene during a nail service. I will never return; it was the most dreadful 40 minutes of my life.
I haven't visited this place, but I phoned them. They were exceedingly pleasant and cordial. I fixed an appointment for today at three. I'm slightly anxious, but I'm optimistic. I will update everyone on the outcome of my nails. The crucial aspect is they answered the phone, accommodated their clientele, and showed respect.
They commenced at 11am, we arrived at 11:30 for a full set and pedicure. The staff declined to service us. Yet, all others who entered after us were attended to. We were the lone Spanish individuals present. Could that have been the reason... They conclude at 5pm, so there should be no justification.
