I visited TT Nail today at 11:50. There was a notice on the door stating that appointments needed to be scheduled in advance. I called and booked an appointment for 12:30. I requested a regular pedicure and a gel full set. Surprisingly, I was charged for gel polish removal on my pedicure, even though I only had regular polish on my feet. The technician muttered under his breath and seemed irritated when I clarified that it wasn't gel polish. During the pedicure, I mentioned twice that the color wasn't what I had chosen, but the technician dismissed it. When my nails were done, Tiffany used a different color that was supposed to be the same as the one I picked but in gel form. The color on my hands didn't match what I chose or what was on my toes. When I pointed this out, the salon staff claimed it wasn't their fault. Tiffany suggested painting my nails the wrong color to match my toes. The full set color, toe color, and my chosen color were all different. The customer service and attitude were terrible, despite the salon not being busy.
My premier visit to TT Nails Spa was fantastic. The salon staff were incredibly friendly and managed to fit me in just before closing time for a much-needed acrylic fill. I absolutely adore how my nails turned out; it's one of the best acrylic sets I've had. The technician took her time to ensure everything was perfect. I will definitely be a returning customer!
I've been a loyal customer at this salon for some time now, and I couldn't be happier. Both Maria and Tiffany have done an excellent job with my nails. Initially, I got a full set and stuck to acrylics, but recently I've been opting for gel manicures and even had my toes done. The pedicure was top-notch. This place is simply exceptional, and I highly recommend it. After my two-week manicure today, I even received a Christmas gift. Maria and Tiffany are always so kind and pleasant every time I visit. The photos don't do justice to my nails or the colors, but here are my Christmas/birthday nails.
