I visited TT Nail today at 11:50. There was a notice on the door stating that appointments needed to be scheduled in advance. I called and booked an appointment for 12:30. I requested a regular pedicure and a gel full set. Surprisingly, I was charged for gel polish removal on my pedicure, even though I only had regular polish on my feet. The technician muttered under his breath and seemed irritated when I clarified that it wasn't gel polish. During the pedicure, I mentioned twice that the color wasn't what I had chosen, but the technician dismissed it. When my nails were done, Tiffany used a different color that was supposed to be the same as the one I picked but in gel form. The color on my hands didn't match what I chose or what was on my toes. When I pointed this out, the salon staff claimed it wasn't their fault. Tiffany suggested painting my nails the wrong color to match my toes. The full set color, toe color, and my chosen color were all different. The customer service and attitude were terrible, despite the salon not being busy.

My experience at this salon was incredibly disappointing. The listed price for a regular pedicure was $36, yet I was charged $50. Despite the foot scrub, my feet remained dry and not smooth. The promised lower leg massage was nonexistent. My friend, who opted for an acrylic fill, was continuously pressured to upgrade to a new set, with the technician criticizing her existing nails. Refusing the new set led to passive-aggressive behavior and rough handling of her hands. The gel polish applied was streaky and bubbly, with excess polish on her skin. I strongly advise against visiting this salon.

The nails appear satisfactory, but sincerely, I should have departed the moment the individual sat down, soaked in sweat dripping on me, wearing the dirtiest jacket and having filthy nails, with two-inch-long crud underneath. Additionally, he was feeding a baby bird. Nothing is sanitized, from the tables to the tools, everything is encrusted with dirt. I cannot fathom how one would tolerate such poor hygiene during a nail service. I will never return; it was the most dreadful 40 minutes of my life.

The service was outstanding. I visited a fortnight ago and had Sonny as my stylist. He was phenomenal. Sonny was professional, direct, and executed the style I wanted flawlessly. I highly recommend this establishment; it's the finest in the vicinity.
