First visit here. Waited just 15 minutes for a simple pedicure. The salon is clean, with five licenses proudly displayed on the wall. Had a little chuckle when a lady getting her feet done started laughing because it tickled her. It was infectious, and I couldn't help but smile. Noticed that the foot bath basin was cleaned after each customer, without using plastic inserts. The nail tech used an electric file, followed by a nice warm towel and a fantastic foot massage. My technician was skilled and did a great job.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 The service was polite, and the prices were reasonable.
Visited for an acrylic fill with gel color on Saturday, and by Tuesday, the polish was already chipping. Contacted the owner on Thursday, who asked me to come in for a fix. Requested a color change due to the poor durability of their "gel" polish, but was told it would cost an extra $35. Opted for the same color, and the very next day, the polish began chipping again, even worse this time.
I'm really disappointed. Had my nails done on Friday for my Birthday, and by Sunday, they were already peeling. Won't be returning there. Even mentioned to the tech that the coat was too thick, but she didn't listen.
