I decided to give this salon a second chance as a walk-in customer. I inquired about a blowout without a flat iron. The lady mentioned a starting price of $60, but added that it could be higher based on hair length and thickness. It would have been better if they were transparent about pricing from the start. They ended up increasing the price at checkout, which was quite unprofessional. After all the confusion, we simply walked out and won't be returning. I came to this location while visiting my Uncle in Wyoming, which entailed, detoxing, shampooing and conditioning with their product line. The service was quick and yet still indulging. My hair not only looked great but it felt refreshed. They were timely and the service was excellent. It was my second time and another great experience. I was highly satisfied with the service at this location as well as the Denver location.
