Went there to get the heart designs on my nails fixed from another nail salon. They were absolutely amazing all so sweet and I left there happy with my nails fixed to the way I originally wanted them. I had high hopes for this establishment due to the generally positive reviews, but I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. It was my first experience getting my nails done, especially with acrylics, and I should have walked out the moment I arrived. I called ahead to inquire about the need for an appointment, and I was informed that I could walk in. The service was priced at $50. Upon arrival, I noticed Nina getting her own nails done barefoot. The whole process took an hour and a half, and it felt rough throughout. I had requested a rounded almond shape with a black French tip, no additional designs, but Nina insisted on adding them. After an unsuccessful attempt, I asked her to remove the designs as they did not meet my expectations. The work station was disorganized, and she had to search for the necessary tools. The UV light used to set the acrylic or gel kept malfunctioning, indicating a need for replacement. The overall cleanliness of the place was lacking, and it seemed disorganized. Moreover, there was loud 80s music playing in the background in a language I couldn't identify, making communication with Nina challenging. At the end of the service, she applied yellow cuticle oil and swiftly charged me $60 without any further interaction before disappearing. Faedra at the Eyeconic Wink is phenomenal!! I have visited for lift & tints multiple times now! The setting is lovely, tidy, charming, and soothing. Faedra guided me through each step and even allowed me to choose the music we listened to during the session! Highly recommend!!
