Terrible experience. Unpleasant service, did not receive the massage I paid for. 30 minutes of a therapist applying oil in unwanted areas and neglecting my preferred spots. Insufficient lighting in the room. The therapist was inattentive, asked intrusive questions, and scolded me for not positioning my head correctly. A complete waste of money. The owner/manager was discourteous. I had to stop the massage due to its poor quality, yet still had to pay the full amount. There are far superior establishments in Madison. Update: I was in a difficult situation, and they were extremely understanding. They issued a refund, and I am sincerely appreciative. They genuinely care about their clients. I am glad I chose Happy Nails and Spa. Bella did an excellent job with my gel manicure and pedicure. She is very talented and professional. She worked very efficiently, while also maintaining great attention to detail. In addition, the interior is clean, pretty, and welcoming.
