Duncan Edwards is absolutely the finest! At this moment, I can't think of anyone who hasn't been there. The atmosphere is fantastic, the team is truly exceptional.
I've been wanting to share this feedback for quite some time now! Years back, I frequented a salon where my outcomes were, at best, inconsistent and frankly unpredictable. I would often leave feeling upset as the proprietor would have his "assistants" tending to my hair while I paid for his expertise. I eventually reached my limit and sought out a new salon. I found myself at Duncan Edwards with Katelin as my stylist, and I haven't looked back since! Katelin is the kindest, most down-to-earth, and skilled stylist I've ever encountered, and I am exceedingly selective! I eagerly anticipate every visit and consider her a true confidante. We discuss the challenges of my hair as I age (ugh - middle age is tough!), and she's always willing to switch things up so that I depart feeling confident. Moreover, the familial atmosphere there is incredibly refreshing. Some salons can exude an uncomfortable "snobbish" aura, but Duncan Edwards is the complete opposite, starting right from your arrival and encounter with Jen at the front desk. It's truly a family-oriented salon as well. One of my daughters had over a foot of hair cut off as a teenager, and Aaron was fantastic with her! She donated her hair and has maintained her short style since.
I've visited numerous hair salons in the area, all resulting in letdown. This time was a game-changer. After a 4-year hiatus from hair salons, I opted for Duncan Edward based on recommendations. I opted for partial silver hair coloring. It was my maiden experience with hair dyeing. With dark chestnut hair, bleaching took time but the outcome was just what I desired. Casey was incredibly warm and relaxed, making me feel at ease. I relished the conversation and professionalism. He expressed gratitude for my visit both at the start and conclusion. The salon itself is elegant and spotless, exuding a delightful ambiance. The staff is inviting. I received compliments from various staff members. They offered coffee multiple times.
