I don't usually get my nails done but when I do I usually visit this place. My birthday was this past Sunday and I wanted to get my nails done but a+ was fully booked so I went to 5 star nail salon in middleton where they completely ruined my nails and refused to refund or rectify them for free. Today I called and explained what happened and A+ was able to accommodate me right after I finished work. They always deliver a great service but my nail technician today took extra time to ensure I was completely satisfied with what I was leaving with and managed to have it done and leave a generous tip for less than what I would've had to pay at 5 star for just the removal and redo. Will never go anywhere other than here again.
March 8th 2024 I had a positive experience here getting my nails done. There was a lady who recommended I try the green cat eye nails. She mentioned her toes have the same design. I really hope she sees this review and finds me on facebook. She was dressed in a red sweater and red shoes. Her nails were also done in green.
AVOID.... I repeat...AVOID letting the elderly man with spectacles do your nails. I visited to have my nails done for my birthday.... And this is what this man did. If it's NOT "Sunny" handling your nails DO NOT squander your time or Money. Charged me $65 for nails that a toddler could've done better. Even a blind person could have done a better job. Oh I got these done Friday March 1st 2024. APPALLING 😡
